PACSCON GeoEnvironmental, Inc. is seeking a Plan Reviewer and Inspector in Tampa, Florida, to provide essential plan review and inspection services. The ideal candidate will have an active Building Inspector Number from Florida, along with relevant certification or degree in Structural or MEP Engineering. Strong communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• Active BIN # (Building Inspector Number) issued by the State of Florida.
• Certification and experience in at least one trade: Building, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience or appropriate degree.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections for Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Verify compliance with approved permits, plans, and specifications.
• Communicate with clients and contractors about code requirements.
