Job summary

Landing Point is seeking an Analyst to join its Private Markets Business Management Team. The role focuses on documenting current processes, tracking multiple initiatives, and supporting operations and knowledge management. It offers exposure to private markets workflows and ongoing enhancement requests.

The position also involves contributing to Generative AI pilots and expanding responsibilities over time through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in economics, business, finance, accounting, or similar.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in private equity, management or strategy consulting, finance, accounting, or operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Exposure to or strong interest in project management and workflow automation tools.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus.
• Experience with or strong interest in Generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Document current business processes across Private Markets, capturing workflows and identifying areas for efficiency improvements
• Support day-to-day project tracking across a portfolio of Private Markets business initiatives, maintaining status logs, timelines, and action item trackers
• Assist in preparing internal materials and process documentation to support team operations and knowledge management
• Develop familiarity with key Private Markets business processes and support day-to-day enhancement requests and issue resolution
• Support the team's Generative AI initiatives, including documenting use cases and tracking pilot progress
• Over time, take on increased exposure to cross-functional initiatives and broader stakeholder engagement
