Job summary

Neuberger Berman is seeking a junior Analyst to join the PIPCO Marketing/Fundraising Group, supporting non-investment activities across the fundraising lifecycle. You will work with investment, marketing, sales, legal, finance and operations to deliver materials, respond to RFPs, and manage follow-ups for both existing and prospective investors.

The role involves drafting documents, launching data rooms, coordinating fund closes, maintaining LP data, and providing tools to the sales team.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in private markets or investment banking.
• Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing fundraising processes across the PIPCO platform.
• Draft legal documents, launch datarooms, and create marketing materials.
• Coordinate with portfolio managers, sales, legal, finance, and operations.
• Track fundraising pipeline across distribution channels.
• Provide tools and content to support sales.
• Coordinate onsite client meetings and manage LP information.
