Initio Sphere is building a Private Markets ecosystem that connects fund managers, investors, operators, and analysts. We are onboarding Independent Contractors to provide strategic, operational, and market-focused guidance on capital strategy, deal structuring, and advisory services.

As a non-traditional contractor, you will access curated deal flow, mentor analysts, and participate in select engagements with transparency and credibility across the platform.

Qualifications

• Ex-IB, PE, or VC executive with a proven transaction record
• Senior operators or founders with strong deal networks
• Mentors for analysts and scouts within a private markets context

• Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Private Markets Coaches to provide strategic, operational, and market-focused guidance to fund managers, investors, and deal sponsors.

This is not a traditional employment role. Coaches operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Private Markets Coaches:

Advise on fund formation, capital raising, deal structuring, and operational strategy

Mentor analysts and deal scouts, building internal capacity and credibility

Access curated deal flow, earning opportunities, and platform-driven exposure

Build a verified Coach Track Record within the ecosystem

This role is ideal for experienced operators, ex-investment bankers, fund managers, or senior consultants with a proven record of executing transactions, managing capital, or scaling private market investments.

What You’ll Do (Approval-Based)

Approved Private Markets Coaches may:

Advise fund managers on capital strategy, LP engagement, and fundraising positioning

Support deal sponsors with structuring, diligence oversight, and negotiation strategy

Mentor analysts and deal scouts on modeling, diligence, and transaction execution

Provide portfolio advisory, operational insights, and value creation guidance

Participate in curated introductions with institutional investors or co-investors

Coaches focus on high-level strategic guidance and market-driven deal activation. They do not handle day-to-day transactional modeling unless approved.

Eligible Advisory Areas

Fund formation, capital raising, and LP communications

Deal structuring, investment committee support, and transaction strategy

Operational or portfolio company advisory

Mentorship and technical training for analysts and scouts

Investor relations and network strategy

Approval is granted based on experience, track record, and demonstrated ability to advise on private market transactions.

Compensation & Deal Economics

Hourly rates: $200–$500, depending on experience, track record, and engagement scope

Transaction-based incentives may be earned for advisory on closed deals

Payments issued after successful completion of advisory milestones or deal closure

No cap on earnings for consistently high-value contributions

Get promoted within the Initio Sphere platform

Begin working with funds, sponsors, analysts, and scouts on approved engagements

This ensures selectivity, credibility, and direct access to live private market opportunities.
