STXZ LLC is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Phoenix area to cover private lessons on a flexible schedule. We bring you the clients, you run the sessions, choose the location, and plan drills at your professional discretion.

Most lessons are one hour, paid at $35–$50 per session. Payouts occur within 24–48 hours after you submit a lesson briefing, via PayPal. Coaches operate as independent contractors and manage their own equipment and availability.

Qualifications

• Lacrosse coaching experience in youth, high school, club, or college levels.
• Ability to coach independently with strong communication to families.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel within the Phoenix area.

Responsibilities

• Review client offers and schedule sessions with families.
• Coach sessions at the client’s home, a local field, or park of their choice.
• Plan drills and structure according to your professional judgment.
