STXZ Lacrosse is seeking independent lacrosse coaches in the Philadelphia area to cover client requests for private lessons. We bring you the clients; you run the sessions on a flexible schedule.

Coaching work is on your terms: you decide the schedule, location, drills, and structure. Expect pay per 1-hour lesson and prompt payout after each session; background checks and platform liability coverage are arranged by STXZ.

Qualifications

• Coaching experience at youth, high school, club, or college level.
• 18 years or older.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to complete a third-party background check.

Responsibilities

• Coach lacrosse sessions in clients' preferred locations and schedules.
• Review client offers and accept or decline based on fit and availability.
• Submit a brief session summary on the platform after each lesson.
