Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• Field of Study: Food Science or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in science with laboratory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support QA procedures, policies, programs and systems.
• Participate in overall product development process.
• Maintain the on-site sensory test kitchen.
• Drive private label QA testing program for products.
• Manage retailer feedback programs for private brands.
• Audit quality and food safety across categories.
• Design, execute and analyze consumer tests and sensory evaluations.
• Track federal and state regulations for products and packaging.
