Job summary

Uline is seeking a Private Label Associate Intern for a 12-week summer program at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You’ll gain hands-on experience on brand packaging projects, assist with quality control, and manage project data with a dedicated mentor.

The role emphasizes collaboration and professional growth in a live, in-person setting. Open to junior-status students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, with familiarity in Microsoft Office; Access and Excel are a plus.

Qualifications

• This 12-week internship is open to junior-status college students pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Access and Excel are a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management expertise by supporting brand packaging projects from concept through completion.
• Assist with quality control reviews, collaborating with team members to uphold brand standards and quality expectations.
• Manage project information and workflows within project databases, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Strengthen professional communication by working with vendors to align designs with print guidelines and specifications.
