Job summary

Uline is seeking a Packaging Project Management Intern for Summer 2027 at our Pleasant Prairie, WI campus. You will gain hands-on experience supporting brand packaging projects from concept through completion and work with a dedicated mentor.

Open to junior-status undergraduates pursuing a Bachelor's degree. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, and Excel/Access are a plus. This paid internship offers housing for out-of-town interns and opportunities to join Uline full-time after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently a junior-status college student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Access and Excel a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop project management expertise by supporting brand packaging projects from concept through completion.
• Assist with quality control reviews, collaborating with team members to uphold Uline's brand standards and quality expectations.
• Manage project information and workflows within project databases, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Strengthen professional communication skills by working with vendors to align designs with print guidelines and specifications.
