Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to provide superior air transportation with an exceptional safety record and concierge service for Owners and passengers. The role requires full command of the aircraft, professional demeanor, and the ability to wear multiple hats from aviator to in-flight service provider.

Responsibilities include safe flight operations, in-flight service, passenger briefings, and coordinated maintenance communications with the MCC; standard operating procedures and SOPs must be

Qualifications

• FAA ATP and First Class Medical required.
• US work authorization and travel.
• Customer service orientation and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA rules and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service, including catering and alcohol handling.
• Brief Owners/passengers on flight details and weather as needed.
• Load and secure baggage; maintain passenger comfort and safety.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
