Job summary

NetJets in the United States seeks an experienced Pilot to provide premier air transportation with top safety standards and concierge-level service. You will command the aircraft, ensure passenger comfort, and maintain professional demeanor on every flight.

Responsibilities include safe operations per FAA SOPs, pre-flight briefings, in-flight service, baggage handling, and effective communication of any defects. This role requires flexibility, long hours, and travel readiness across time zones.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, or meet FAA ATP/Restricted ATP (R-ATP) with multi-engine rating.
• 21+ years old and flight-time milestones per FAA ATP/R-ATP.
• 1,500 total flight hours or 1,250 hours with university R-ATP; or 1,000 hours with military/university R-ATP.
• 200 hours cross-country (>50 nm) and 250 hours PIC; instrument time 75+ hours.
• Current FAA First-Class Medical; FCC Restricted Radio Permit; valid passport.
• Must be able to work varied hours, travel internationally, and interact with passengers.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA, OEM, FOM/AOM and SOPs.
• Greet Owners/passengers pre-flight, brief weather, verify itinerary, and provide updates.
• Deliver in-flight service, including handling alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage; manage flights with pets or smokers as needed.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Serve as liaison from arrival at FBO to final destination and post-landing.
