Job summary

NetJets seeks highly skilled pilots to provide premiere private air travel with an unwavering safety record and exceptional service. The Pilot will command aircraft, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver concierge-level experiences to NetJets Owners and passengers on every flight.

Roles require holding an FAA ATP, First Class Medical, and robust flight hours with the ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA ATP certificate and First Class Medical.
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe aircraft operation per FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Greet and brief Owners/passengers, provide weather updates and itinerary changes.
• Deliver in-flight service, including catering and alcohol handling.
• Load and secure baggage; manage pet and smoking-related flights as needed.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and regulatory compliance.
• Communicate maintenance discrepancies to MCC and complete required paperwork.
• Serve as liaison from airport arrival to final destination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
