Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to deliver superior, safe air transportation with a concierge service mindset for Owners and passengers. You will command the aircraft, brief passengers, and coordinate with maintenance while upholding NetJets’ safety and service standards.

You must hold FAA ATP and First Class Medical, have extensive flight experience, and be prepared for demanding schedules, long hours, and international travel. Excellent communication and customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a high standard of safety and service on every flight.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential for Owner/passenger interactions.
• Ability to adapt and respond to rapid operational changes while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service, including catering and beverage service as needed.
• Load and secure baggage appropriately for each flight.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC/Control Center and complete related paperwork.
• Act as liaison from arrival at FBO through final destination and departure.
