Job summary

NetJets is seeking a professional Pilot to deliver superior air transportation with an unmatched safety record. You will serve as the face of NetJets, balancing aviator duties with in-flight service, customer care, and precise cabin management.

Responsibilities include operating under FAA rules, briefing Owners and passengers, and coordinating with maintenance and flight operations. Flexibility for long trips and multi-time-zone tours is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a current FAA-licensed pilot with ATP rating.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Ability to operate under FAA rules and NetJets SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Operate aircraft safely per FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide concierge service and brief Owners/passengers pre-flight.
• Deliver in-flight service and manage cabin operations.
• Load and secure baggage and equipment on board.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and document discrepancies.
• Work flexible hours across day/night schedules.
