Job summary

NetJets is seeking a professional Pilot to deliver exceptional air transportation experience with an outstanding safety record. You will act as the face of NetJets, providing technical, safe transport and a concierge service level for Owners and passengers on every flight.

You will wear many hats—from professional aviator to in-flight service provider—while maintaining a high standard of professionalism, managing flight duties, and ensuring passenger satisfaction in a dynamic private aviation

Qualifications

• FAA-level knowledge and adherence to safety standards are essential.
• Strong communication and service orientation to satisfy Owners and passengers.
• Ability to adapt to dynamic schedules, weather, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA and SOPs.
• Greet Owners, brief on flight details, weather, and any itinerary changes.
• Provide in-flight service and handle catering and passenger needs.
• Load and stow baggage and manage flights for Owners with pets or smoking passengers.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Serve as liaison from arrival at the FBO through to final landing and departure.
