Job summary

Northern Jet is seeking an experienced Pilot-in-Command for a high-end Part 91/135 flight mix out of Grand Rapids, MI. You’ll be responsible for safe, compliant mission execution, leadership of the crew, and delivering white-glove client service on every trip.

The role typically flies 450+ hours per year, with an 8-on/6-off schedule, and includes strong incentives, including base pay of $146,250 and total first-year compensation above $175,000, plus bonuses for additional roles.

Qualifications

• 3,000 total flight hours minimum.
• 1,500 PIC time required.
• 500+ hours multi-engine experience.
• Current 1st Class Medical.

Responsibilities

• Operate flights under Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
• Ensure FAA and company procedures compliance.
• Lead and coordinate flight execution with crew.
• Maintain aircraft safety and readiness.
• Deliver white-glove client experiences and complete admin tasks.
