Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC is seeking a Pilot to provide safe, high-quality air transport and concierge-level service for NetJets Owners and passengers. The role requires full command of the aircraft, adherence to FAA regulations, and the ability to blend aviator duties with exceptional customer service.

The position emphasizes safety, professionalism, and flexibility, with duties ranging from flight operations to in-flight service and maintenance communication.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safe operation of the aircraft from taxi, take-off and landing of each flight per FAA guidelines, OEM/SOP checklists, and SOPs.
• Greets Owners/passengers pre-flight, briefs them on flight details, weather updates, and safety briefings.
• Deliver in-flight service including handling of alcohol and catering.
• Load and stow baggage as needed.
• Handle flights for Owners with pets or those who smoke.
• Act as final authority on aircraft operations and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise with Owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival to final destination.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities to MCC; complete related paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
