Job summary

NetJets IP, LLC, the global private aviation leader, seeks a Pilot to provide superior air transportation with unmatched safety and a concierge service level on every flight.

The Pilot will be in command at all times, coordinating with Owners/Passengers from arrival to landing, meeting FAA and NetJets SOPs while delivering in-flight service and maintaining a professional presence in diverse time zones.

Qualifications

• FAA Airline Transport Pilot certificate required.
• First‑Class Medical Certificate required.
• US passport and TSA work authorization.
• Must be able to work varied hours, including long duties.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate aircraft per FAA and SOPs, briefing Owners/Passengers.
• Provide in-flight service and catering handling as needed.
• Load and stow baggage securely for each flight.
• Coordinate with MCC for maintenance issues and communicate discrepancies.
• Maintain professional demeanor and operate as final authority on aircraft.
• Liaise with Owners from arrival at FBO to final landing and handoff.
