Job summary

NetJets is seeking a professional Pilot to provide superior air transportation with a focus on safety and exceptional service for Owners and passengers. The Pilot will act as the face of NetJets, combining piloting with concierge-level in-flight service, and will command aircraft while maintaining a professional demeanor.

Responsibilities include ensuring flight safety per FAA SOPs, managing pre-flight briefings, in-flight service, and efficient handovers.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to adapt to varying flight schedules and destinations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with Owners/passengers.
• Strong customer-service orientation in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft from taxi to landing per FAA guidelines.
• Provide in-flight service and handle catering/alcohol according to SOPs.
• Brief Owners/passengers, verify itineraries and weather updates.
• Communicate maintenance issues to MCC and complete related paperwork.
• Serve as liaison from arrival at the FBO through final destination.
• Perform duties across roles from aviator to in-flight service provider.
