Job summary

NetJets is seeking a Pilot to uphold the highest safety standards while delivering a concierge service experience for Owners and passengers. The Pilot remains in command of the aircraft and must wear multiple hats, from professional aviator to in-flight service provider, ensuring a seamless travel experience on every flight.

Candidates should hold FAA ATP or equivalent, possess a First-Class Medical Certificate, and have a valid passport with international travel ability.

Qualifications

• FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet FAA ATP requirements.
• 1,500 hours total flight time or 1,250–1,000 hours with alternative qualifications (see KSAO list)
• Current FAA First-Class Medical certificate
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
• Excellent oral and written communication under pressure

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe operation of aircraft per FAA guidelines and SOPs.
• Provide in-flight service including catering and alcohol service as needed.
• Communicate maintenance abnormalities to MCC and document findings.
• Brief Owners/passengers pre-flight and weather updates; manage trip changes.
• Act as liaison from arrival at FBO to final destination and post-flight debriefing.
• Support safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional passenger experience.
