Job summary

Useppa Island Club & Marina in Florida seeks an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the daily operations of a premier fine dining venue on Useppa Island. The role combines guest-centric service, beverage execution, and team leadership to maintain luxury standards in a resort setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in luxury hospitality, hands-on floor presence, and a track record of coaching staff, managing budgets, and delivering personalized guest experiences in high-volume

Qualifications

3–5+ years of progressive management experience in fine dining, luxury hospitality, upscale restaurants, private clubs, resorts, or similar environments.
Proven experience managing high-volume/high-touch food & beverage operations.
Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and hospitality best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Strong financial and operational understanding, including labor and cost controls.

Responsibilities

Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure consistently exceptional service.
Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members.
Oversee staffing, schedules, and labor costs to optimize efficiency.
Coordinate with Executive Chef to ensure seamless food and beverage service.
Maintain presentation standards across dining areas, bars, and guest spaces.
Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues with professionalism.
