Job summary

SupportFinity™ is seeking an Associate for its Private Investments Valuation team in New York. This role involves managing valuations for a range of private investment asset classes, coordinating with deal teams, and presenting fair value recommendations.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in private equity valuation, strong analytical skills, and a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field. The position offers comprehensive health benefits and a competitive salary range of $115,000-$145,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in private equity valuation at a valuation advisory, audit, private equity, or venture capital firm.
• Experience analyzing financial statements and valuing companies using acceptable valuation methods.
• Knowledge of legal agreements and their impact on investment value allocations.

Responsibilities

• Lead private equity valuation and venture capital portfolio reviews.
• Present analysis and fair value recommendations to Valuation Committees.
• Monitor portfolio company progress and inform senior management.

Skills
