This is a full-time position for the right individual. The owners are entrepreneurial, experienced field investigators, each with over 25 years of experience. Job Classification: Non-Exempt
The majority of work involves field surveillance to obtain high-quality videotape documentation of claimants involved in workers' compensation and liability/personal injury claims. Investigators are responsible for submitting accurate, timely reports, conducting background investigations, scene diagrams, neighborhood canvasses, activity checks, and locates. They perform duties following legal and ethical standards, utilizing time and resources efficiently to provide excellent investigative services.
Work involves community presence, long periods in vehicles, and operation of surveillance equipment. Communication with supervisors, clients, and staff via phone and email is frequent. The noise level is usually moderate.
