Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is actively hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality, compassionate care to clients at home. This role focuses on supporting daily living activities, companionship, and safety under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Competenze

• Must have a valid New Jersey CHHA license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be compassionate, reliable and professional.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist clients with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
