Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the care plan provided by the nurse and document changes.
• Report client condition changes to the agency promptly.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
