Job summary

Mahler Private Staffing is seeking an experienced, full-charge Housekeeper to join a private Wellington, FL family, reporting to a household team and maintaining the highest standards in a multi‑member staff environment.

Initially based in Palm Beach during renovations, the role shifts to Wellington once complete. Expect five days per week, daytime hours with some evenings, occasional travel to other homes (3–4 weeks/year), and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance and holidays.

Qualifications

• Private household or luxury hospitality experience required.
• Excellent references from previous employers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and discretion.
• Comfortable around two large dogs; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily housekeeping, deep cleaning, laundry, linen care, and organization to high standards.
• Communicate proactively about household needs and maintenance concerns.
• Collaborate with the household team to ensure consistent standards and guest readiness.
• Assist with inventory, provisioning, and supplies as needed.
• Support weekend coverage as part of a rotating schedule.
• Occasional travel to other family homes for 3-4 weeks per year.
