Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interact with private owners accordingly.
• Perform daily tasks at private owner homes.
• Manicure lawn areas, landscape plants, and mulched areas under supervision.
• Fertilize lawn areas and landscape plants under supervision.
• Water plant material as necessary.
• Remove debris from paved surfaces.
• Leaf and snow removal.
• Perform manual and chemical weed control.
• Maintain all equipment.
• Perform landscape installations.
• Operate a tractor and use bush hog, tiller, box blade, and other implements under supervision.
• Winter road maintenance.
