• Fund formation and investment management experience.
• Excellent document drafting skills.
• Comfortable working on teams and interacting with partners, senior counsel and clients.
• JD from ABA-accredited law school and bar admission in applicable jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Handle fund formation and investment management matters for private funds.
• Negotiate for and against institutional investors (pension plans, endowments, foundations).
• Manage secondary sales of LP fund stakes and GP-led restructurings.
• Draft and negotiate fund documents and related agreements.
