Qualifications
- 1-5 years of relevant experience in fund formation and investment management.
- Experience negotiating for and against institutional investors (pension plans, funds-of-funds, endowments, foundations).
- Knowledge of Investment Advisers Act registration, compliance, and Securities Act related to private investment funds.
Responsibilities
- Work on fund structuring, investment management scenarios, and related agreements.
- Interact with partners, senior counsels, senior associates, and clients.
- Demonstrate proactive, positive work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
