Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent required.
• CPA or equivalent preferred; Big-4 experience valued.
• Strong knowledge of partnership accounting and K‑1 tax reporting.
• Experience reviewing audited financial statements and fund reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple funds and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review quarterly financial reporting for multiple private real‑estate funds and hedge funds.
• Oversee annual fund audited financial statements, footnotes, and workbooks.
• Coordinate tax deliverables including partnership returns and K‑1s.
• Manage fund budget process and control expenses.
• Analyze fund performance metrics and capital activity for reporting.
