You should communicate complex matters clearly in writing and orally, and you will be guided by the Private Funds chair and hiring partner as you grow within a supportive, mentorship-rich environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to concisely communicate complex matters in oral and written form.
• Experience forming and operating private funds (e.g., private equity, venture capital, credit, real estate).
• Admitted to the state bar or eligible to waive in.
