Compensation: $28.00 per hour

Shift differential: 6%-8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked

AM & PM positions

Responsibilities

• Transport Primo Water products safely and reliably to pre-assigned distribution points.
• Operate transport vehicle safely, ensuring compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards.
• Understand load and freight weight requirements.
• Operate forklift to unload and reload trailers.
• Complete all required company and DOT documentation and reports.
• Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle.
• Manage and track inventory effectively.
• Secure product loads to protect company assets during transport.
• Conduct comprehensive vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum two years’ experience driving tractor/trailers OTR.
• Ability to use handheld devices and application systems.
• Valid CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement.
• Meet Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration driver qualifications, including pre-trip and post-trip requirements.
• Ability to lift up to 66 pounds safely.
• Experience with repetitive motion during loading and securing products.
• Forklift experience.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
• May be required to work up to 12-hour shifts.
• Manual transmission experience preferred.
• Tanker driving experience.
