Job description

Compensation: $29.00 per hour

Regional driving - Home Daily

Responsibilities:

1. Transport Primo Water products safely and reliably to pre-assigned distribution points.
2. Operate transport vehicle safely.
3. Ensure vehicle compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) laws and company standards.
4. Understand load and freight weight requirements.
5. Operate forklift to unload and reload trailers.
6. Complete all required company and DOT documents and reports.
7. Maintain vehicle cleanliness.
8. Manage and track inventory.
9. Secure product loads to protect company assets during transport.
10. Perform vehicle inspections thoroughly.

Qualifications:

1. Must be 21 years of age or older.
2. At least two years' experience driving tractor/trailers OTR.
3. Ability to use handheld devices and application systems.
4. Valid CDL Class A license with Tanker endorsement.
5. Meet FMCSA driver qualifications, including pre-trip and post-trip requirements.
6. Ability to lift up to 66 pounds safely.
7. Repetitive motion skills for loading and securing products.
8. Forklift experience.
9. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
10. Basic computer, data entry, and math skills.
11. Ability to drive in all weather conditions.
12. May work up to 12-hour shifts.
13. Manual Transmission and tanker driving experience preferred.
