Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join a newly established private family office serving a billionaire client in Jackson, Wyoming. You will oversee tax compliance for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and LLCs, and coordinate with outside CPA firms and advisors.

The role focuses on sophisticated tax structures, planning, estimated tax payments, and establishing tax processes for the family office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of tax experience.
• Background in public accounting, high-net-worth taxation, or family office tax.
• Experience with partnerships, trusts, and complex individual taxation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tax compliance for individuals, trusts, partnerships, and LLCs.
• Work with outside CPA firms, tax attorneys, and financial advisors.
• Assist with tax planning, estimated payments, and investment-related tax matters.
• Review tax filings and maintain supporting documentation.
• Help establish tax processes for the family office.
