Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

You plan, coordinate, and execute a wide variety of private events, ensuring each one is tailored to the client's vision and delivered with exceptional service. You serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process, handling everything from catering and decor to entertainment and logistics. You work cross-functionally with hotel departments to guarantee seamless event execution and oversee each phase—from setup to breakdown. In addition, you support sales by converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, showcasing event spaces, and developing business relationships with clients and vendors. You also manage administrative tasks, such as maintaining detailed records, overseeing billing, and preparing post-event reports to support continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
