Qualifications

• Investment evaluation support across sourcing, screening, diligence, and portfolio management.
• Market and industry research on target sectors, end markets, and competitive landscapes.
• Financial modeling including valuation and scenario analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support senior leadership in deal evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring.
• Assist in transaction structuring and diligence workflows; prepare investment committee materials.
• Collaborate with portfolio company management on growth initiatives and operational improvements.
