Job summary

PwC in the United States seeks a Strategy & Private Equity Value Creation (PEVC) Sr. Manager, Industrials, to lead strategic advisory across mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring for clients.

You will analyze market trends, build strategic frameworks, coach teams, and guide complex transactions through to value creation, with a focus on diverse, high-performing teams and clear client storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• MBA preferred in relevant fields (Accounting/Analytics/Business/Engineering/Finance/Law).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory initiatives in mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring.
• Analyze market trends to develop strategic frameworks for client decision-making.
• Guide clients through complex transactions, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize value.
• Craft and convey clear, holistic messages to clients and stakeholders.
• Direct teams through ambiguity, maintaining composure and coaching others.
• Validate outcomes with clients and act on feedback.
• Develop diverse, high-performing teams to drive project success.
• Coach team members through open conversations to enhance growth.
