About The Role

The Senior Associate will work directly alongside senior investment professionals across sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management. This is a hands‑on seat: the Senior Associate builds financial models, drafts investment committee materials, conducts industry research, and coordinates with third‑party diligence partners on live deals. On the portfolio side, the Senior Associate supports ongoing monitoring and ad‑hoc strategic projects for existing investments.

Professional Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and/or transaction advisory services
