About The Role
This Associate or Senior Associate role sits on the deal team of a well-established lower middle-market private equity firm in Boston, MA. The firm invests across technology, business services, consumer services, healthcare, manufacturing, and distribution — targeting businesses with $1M+ of EBITDA — and is currently investing out of its eighth fund. Known for its collaborative, dynamic culture and close partnerships with founder-owned management teams, this is a rare chance to join a mature, proven platform still moving with real momentum.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, leveraged finance, or management consulting, with lower middle-market experience a plus.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment, work independently, prioritize work effectively, and meet stringent deadlines while maintaining high quality of work standards.
An undergraduate degree is required.
$200-220k total compensation
