Access Holdings Management Company LLC is seeking a candidate for the position of Associate in their investment team, based in New York, NY or Baltimore, MD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Profile investment themes and approaches; lead due diligence and analysis.
  • Conduct market and industry research; qualify investment opportunities and provide weekly updates.
  • Create and maintain a deal flow database; identify potential targets and prepare due diligence reports and analyses.
  • Prepare investment memos, term sheets, and letters of intent; present investment opportunities and findings.
  • Construct detailed financial models and returns analyses.
  • Coordinate the execution of investment transactions across all parties involved.
  • Monitor performance and risk profile of existing portfolio investments.
  • Support fundraising efforts by building investor relationships and responding to inquiries.
Required Experience
  • 2-4 years of investment banking experience or 1-4 years of transaction advisory services experience.
Qualifications
