Job summary

Suncap Technology seeks a Private Equity Principal with lower middle market experience to join our investment team in Miami, FL. You will actively source and close investments, and work directly with portfolio company management teams to drive value creation.

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of PE experience at Principal level (or imminent promotion), 2–3 years in top-tier banks or consulting, strong financial modeling and communication skills, and an MBA is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank and/or consulting firm.
• 4-7 years of Private Equity experience at Principal level, or about to be promoted.
• MBA is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical and accounting skills with the ability to model complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures.
• Ability to perform detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks under time constraints.

Qualifying candidates should possess the following:

Professional Skills/Experience:
