Job summary

Aksia is seeking an Analyst or Associate to join its Private Equity team in San Diego. You will conduct due diligence, prepare investment memorandums, and collaborate on sourcing opportunities as part of a high‑performing group.

You will monitor market trends, support portfolio monitoring and performance analysis, and build relationships with general partners, gaining exposure to North America investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in an investment firm or financial institution.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• High initiative and intellectual curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough due diligence on private equity funds.
• Prepare investment memorandums for the Investment Committee.
• Collaborate with the co-investment team on sourcing opportunities.
