Job summary

CrossCountry Consulting is seeking a Controller for its Private Equity practice in the United States. You will partner with PE-backed portfolio companies to enhance controllership, close processes, and financial reporting, under the guidance of experienced leaders and a development-focused coach.

You will help scale accounting functions, implement cloud-based finance systems, and support audits while collaborating with business units across client portfolios.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of controllership experience advising PE-backed portfolio companies
• Experience overseeing a high-volume billings function in PE environments
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, MS Dynamics, QuickBooks) and data analytics tools

Responsibilities

• Assist with monthly close processes and financial reporting
• Support budgeting/forecasts and management reporting
• Lead and mentor junior team members
• Coordinate external audits and internal controls implementation
• Integrate financial systems during IT/data projects
