Responsibilities

• Advise and influence substantial Private Equity client relationships to achieve objectives and strengthen relationships.
• Provide value-added services critical to obtaining and serving Private Equity clients.
• Address complex M&A tax matters through innovative and established approaches.
• Drive delivery of strategies to PE clients with focus on risk management and quality.
