Responsibilities

• Advise and influence substantial Private Equity client relationships to achieve objectives.
• Provide value-added tax consulting for PE clients in complex M&A scenarios.
• Drive growth and network to acquire new PE clients and projects.
• Lead and mentor team members to elevate technical capabilities.
• Represent Baker Tilly through conferences or publications to enhance brand.
