Job summary

A globally recognized AmLaw 50 law firm seeks a Private Equity / M&A Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated corporate practice. This role offers exposure to premier sponsors, institutional investors, and portfolio companies on high-value transactions in a fast-paced environment.

You will serve as an integral associate on private equity and M&A transactions, advise across all phases of the investment life cycle, and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex corporate deals.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3–8 years of substantive experience in private equity and M&A transactions.
• Experience serving as an integral associate on Private Equity and M&A transactions.
