• Work closely with partners, clients, and opposing counsel on sophisticated transactions.
• Manage multiple deal-related priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail and deadlines.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams, clients, and external counsel.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of law firm experience with exposure to private M&A, private equity and/or growth equity transactions.
• Demonstrated interest in private equity and transactional matters.
• Basic understanding of legal due diligence, ancillary work-streams, and signing/closing processes.
• Strong academic credentials and comparable law firm experience.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative deal environment.
• New York Bar admission or eligibility to obtain admission promptly.

Compensation

$225,000-$260,000 annually, depending on experience and class year, plus applicable bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
