Candidates must exercise good judgment, communicate proactively, and effectively manage internal and external client and counsel relationships.

Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) and deal sheet are required.
