Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks an M&A associate attorney to join its Private Equity Practice Group in multiple offices including Columbus, Denver, Nashville, Pittsburgh, and Washington, D.C. The firm offers a broad national platform with an award-winning culture and strong pro bono commitment.

Qualified candidates have 4–7 years of M&A experience, buy-side and sell-side representation, and strong communication skills. Bar admission in the resident state or eligible for waiver is required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Experience representing clients on both buy-side and sell-side matters.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
