The Columbus, Denver, Nashville, Pittsburgh, or Washington, D.C. office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an M&A associate attorney to join its Private Equity Practice Group.

Compensation

The salary ranges for this role reflects a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.

Columbus/Pittsburgh: $185,000-$210,000

Denver/Nashville/Washington, D.C.: $210,000-$235,000

Associates are also eligible for:

• Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level
